AUTOMATIC ADVANCEMENT TO THE NEXT ROUND OF 16: BRAZIL & PORTUGAL

Today the excitement continues with the last Group G and Group H match fixtures. Despite having 6 points in two matches, the Brazilian team are already qualified for the next round of 16, after beating the Switzerland team by one goal till full time, that match guarantees them an automatic advancement to the next stage of the fixtures. So today's match is a make up on point for them. But i doubt if the Brazilian team will afford to loose a point in this competition.

Same automatic qualification for the Portuguese side to the next round of 16, after there win over the Uruguay team in there last encounter which ended 2:0 in favor of the Portuguese team.  Though the 2 goals came in during the second half.      GHANA .VS. URUGUAY

 

There win over the South Korea team gave them an advantage to the next round, having just 3 points out of two matches played with one win and one loss. So that gave them an advantage to qualify at will to the next round of 16. And with the quality players in the Ghana squad, Africans will be proud and expecting a better result at the end of the 90 mins match.

Prediction:  With 2 points difference and above the Uruguay team, i don't think the Ghanaian team will afford to loose point today when they meet the Uruguay team in the last group H match. So my prediction will be the Ghanaian team to win or draw at full time. 

SOUTH KOREA .VS. PORTUGAL

There road to the Qatar World Cup ends today if they loose again. With them having one point out of two matches played, loosing one and sharing one point in there opening match against the Uruguay team. So today they will face the Portuguese team who are desperate in winning there matches. So if the luck of football falls on them today, then we hope that point and goal difference might favor them. So as we fold our hands to watch the excitement kicks off by 16:00 GMT, we wish them the best of luck.

Since there first game, they have proven there quality in the football arena. displaying there professionalism in the field of play, having advance automatically to the next round of 16 with 6 points out of two matches played. The Cameroon team have managed to secure a single point out of two matches played. loosing one and sharing point with the Serbia team leaving them at the 3rd position in the group G table. So today will determine there faith in the World Cup competition, either they will be leaving or to advance to the next round of 16. Despite there performance, it is not enough to scale them to the next round, so they must win today's match with some goal difference before they can be guaranteed to the next round.
